We chose China Highlights and we were delighted that we have Ann as our tour guide. She has extensive local knowledge and made our journey seamlessly. There was no attempt to sell us any products or optional tours and she catered to our needs as we were taking many photographs. She is very organized but yet flexible and she is very passionate about her work.

And all these won’t be possible without our lovely tour guide Ann . She is knowledgeable, passionate,friendly and most supportive and she will go extra miles to ensure our safety / welfare/ comforts. Did I mention that she has a great voice , ever ready to entertain us with beautiful folk tunes . She is the main reason that makes our trip extra memorable and enjoyable . Thank you Ann!

Our guide Daidai was the best. She took care of us like we were her family, paying attention to every little detail to maximize our enjoyment. We miss her already.

In late September 2024, we visited Zhangjiajie, Yuanjiajie, Yangjiajie, Jinbian Stream, Wulongzhai, Baofeng Lake, and Tianzi Mountain. Our guide, Eileen Luo, was both passionate and knowledgeable, enriching our experience with her deep understanding of the history, culture, and local cuisines of the areas we explored. Naturally, the scenic beauty was absolutely stunning!

Our tour guide for Zhangjiajie/Fenghuang/Changsha, Anna Xu, is friendly, approachable & knowledgeable in her field of work. Really have a wonderful time with her guidance throughout the trip.

Amy helped guide us through vast mountainous areas of Zhangjiajie that would've taken the novice several more hours to navigate. Amy's passion and kindness became more evident as the tour went along. Amy definitely helped us achieve our tour goals while having fun along with us.

Abbie was our tour guide for Zhangjiajie. She is very friendly and helpful by providing us great stories and culture custom information of zhangjiajie. She is also very thoughtful to ask for our preference and suggest various options. She is very accommodating when we requested to buy some snacks and souvenir outside of the itinerary. She really make the trip enjoyable to us.

From the general organization, selected lodgings, logistics etc. to our super guide Sara. With an extensive knowledge of Chinese history and culture, Sara has an incredible ability to bring stories to life. She was friendly and attentive and her insightful commentary and warmth make every moment special. Thank you Sara!

Travelled to Zhangjiajie with my friends with Sara as our guide.Sara has been a great help in looking out the best spot for us at the different attractions throughout the trip. She gave clear instructions on what is expected throughout the trip. She also gave good local food recommendations.

It was late at night but our guide, Dai Dai, arrived early to make sure that we were greeted at the airport. On the drive to the hotel, she filled us with history and song, which complemented the information she shared about the ethnic groups in Zhangjiajie: Tujia, Bai, and Miao. Her delightful voice made the information lively and vivid. It was charming.Dai Dia took her job seriously. She made sure that my husband’s walking limitations were considered. Bailong Elevator built onto the side of a cliff ascends 1,070 ft in just one minute and 32 seconds. Dai Dai made sure that we scooted to the right position in the elevator so we could experience the views. From start to end she made the extraordinary Zhangjiajie visit better because of her knowledge, kindness and care.

Upon arrival, we were greeted by Dai Dai (Xiao Dai), who is the most fantastic and amazing guide we could have wished for. Xiao Dai was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and able to see to our every needs and requests. When one of our group fell ill and had to be hospitalized, she was again extremely helpful in ensuring that the patient was well looked after in hospital. The entire tour went by without any glitches, covered all must see sights of Changsha and ZJJ and we will certainly not hesitate to make future trips using China Highlights.

Great to have our guide Tony. He is very knowledgeable, consistent with his facts and knowledge. Most of all he is sensitive to our needs. His language skill is also perfect. Most of all he is helpful with my little luggage and also flexible with our schedule. I am glad he is our your guide.

We had an action packed time, led by our guide, Ann, who made sure we were got the most of our visits. Ann had everything really well organised and was so helpful with telling us about Chinese culture and trying to teach us the language, thank you so much.

We had the pleasure of exploring Zhangjiajie with our guide Abbie and it was an unforgettable experience.Abbie was incredibly knowledgeable about Zhangjiajie's unique landscapes, history, and culture.She tailored the itinerary to our interests and needs, ensuring that we made the most of our time.We visited the breathtaking Avatar Hallelujah Mountain, Tianmen Mountain, and the Glass Bridge, among other sites. Abbie passion for Zhangjiajie and its culture was evident throughout the tour.

My partner and I just wrapped up our zhangjiajie portion of our trip.I just wanted to give a big shoutout to our wonderful guide dai huifeng (daidai)! Ever since we step foot on zhangjiajie grounds, she has been insanely helpful and wonderful. She had a big smile through the entire 3 days and after a tiring flight, she greeted us at the airport with humor and warm hearted.I know I should be reviewing the location and its content but honestly, the host really does make up most of the fun. Each location we went to, daidai was able to strategically move us in the shortest lines, and avoid the massive tourisy crowds. She helped us pick out some wonderful local restaurants that tourists normally wouldn't go to.

It was an amazing experience. Awesome sceneries. Super well organized. Our tour guide Abbie was so kind an attentive to any single detail during our trip. She shared a lot of information for our better understanding of the history and legends behind.

Kudos to Eileen for being so knowledgeable and kind to show us the best Zhangjiajie has to offer. She navigated the trails and our schedule expertly as to accomodate changes in weather and the availability of the areas we wanted to visit. Our experience in Zhangjiajie wouldn't have been so great without her!

We were with Eileen on our Zhangjiajie trip and it was amazing. She made the Zhangjiajie trip an unforgettable experience. She knows a lot of secret passages that will lead you to the secret gems of this place. She’s also very vibrant which brings the group dynamic into this wonderful vibe. Overall, our Zhangjiajie trip will not be as great as it is if not for her. Xie xie Eileen!

Sara was perfect, knowledgeable, attentive but above all absolutely great , local people! There is nothing that can be better than exploring a country with a local! Nothing!We owe them a once in a lifetime level of experience.

Our guide, Eileen, was fantastic, especially as our time there began with a 3 hour flight delay that meant we arrived after midnight. Eileen was also great at Tianmen mountain - both parks are big and there are many paths, but we felt we saw the best of each. She was also good about arranging delicious vegetarian meals for me at local restuarants.
