Our tour guides and drivers, Doyle, Sally, Peter, Lulu, Jack and Mr. Huang provided a great care to us throughout the tour. We appreciate their professionalism, and high level of service. We recommend China Highlights/Asia Highlights to anyone.

Roger and our local guides and drivers namely Doyle, Daisy, Eleanor, Pema, Jack and Mr Lee have all went the extra mile to make our trip to Yunnan an absolutely unforgettable experience.

I was alone in my travels but I never felt lonely, thanks to the awesome guides in Yunnan (Rosemary, Daisy, Eleanor and Pema). They achieved the perfect balance between affection and professionalism that made my travel wonderful. All the sights, sounds and fragrances from the autumn flora made all the memories so much more special.

May was an amazing guide during our trip to Kunming on 17 September. Her knowledge, warmth, and helpfulness made our experience unforgettable. We would love to have her as our guide again on our next visit to Kunming. Once sincerely Thank you to Ms May.

It is a memorable journey in Yunnan. Started off with Stone Forest and Tongyung Temple in Kunming. Our guide May is very caring and professional. She is fantastic and has make our trip a very comfortable and enjoyable one.

Together with driver Ms. Guo, my guide May took me over two days to see some of the essential places in Kunming.I was extremely pleased by how thoughtfully planned everyhting was - all I had to do was show up! May would not only bring some snacks and water for the trip, but also spontaneously bought a recommended snack when she saw a stall along the way. Her recommendations were spot on for me, even at lunch, as she catered to my fussy diet inclusions of having no bones and seafood other than fish. Every meal was elicious and hefty, and centred around the delightful cuisine in this region.At the attractions, I was pleased by how much May knew of the places I went, and her nuggets of trivia and history added so much to my travel.

We have a great trip in Yunnan, thanks to the organization of China Highlights and to the guide that support us in Dali (Lee), Lijiang (Peter) and Shangri-la (Tenzin)

Our guides met all our expectations are more, Dylan in Kunming took us to see the Stone Forest and knew exactly where to go to avoid the crowds! Frank in Dali had a true passion for the outdoors, the flora, fauna, mushrooms and shared this passion with us as we discovered the mountains and temples of Dali. Eleanor in Lijiang shared her love of the Naxi as we explored the snow capped mountains, parks and ancient towns. And a special shout out for Betsy in Shangri-La who introduced us to Tibetan buddhism and culture, met us at the Leaping Tiger gorge and took us to amazing lakes, temple's and monestries. Betsy was also great at suggesting what we should do in the evenings, pointing out great restaurants and ensuring we were well looked after.

Excellent experience booking our trip to Yunnan. Our second time using China/Asia Highlights to book our trip to China. Alisa Liu was prompt with her responses. She placed much attention on tailoring the trip to the needs of our 3-generation family. We did a total of 9 revisions in 10 days! We're very happy with the itinerary. Looking forward to the trip

Especially our Tour Guide Nancy was fantastic. She supported us the whole day and showed us some interesting places on top of our booked arrangements. She was so kind, had such a good knowledge about the area and in the Morning she welcomed us with some fresh oranges from her own garden.

I came here with my family for 1.5 days and had a great time with our guide Nancy. She brought us fruits and local food, showed us around and answered all our questions. She was a very good guide and I can only recommend this trip.

Our experience with Nancy in Dali was perfect, she is very kind and she give us a lot of information about the places.

Daisy was our guide she is so great and helpful and professional she bring us to experience local restaurants. The food is always good !

Nancy went out of her way to make our trip the most comfortable trip ever. Whatever small problems we have with hotel with shops she will be there to fix it for us! She even told us to call her in the middle of the night when we experienced problems with our air conditioning.

Nancy is a fabulous guide and took care of our group very well. She is also very caring, gentle and assist diligently in our tour itinerary.

We’re especially impressed with our guide in Dali, Nancy, who treated us as friends, brought us to many local restaurants, and helped order very tasty dishes.

Our tour guide Daisy was passionate, knowledgeable and proactive. She was extremely helpful and also ensured that we were well taken care of during the trip, even helping us to order coffee to our hotel via the Meituan app. Really appreciate her and her photo taking skills.

Daisy was a great guide for us at Dali - she gave us lots of goodies, made a lot of effort to bring us to toilets that were clean for our comfort, and brought us to see such lovely cherry blossoms away from the crowds. She was also very into taking IG-worthy photos for us as well :) got great memories of the trip thanks to her!

Fantastically organized by Lucía from China Highlights. Jenny has been a fantastic guide who has made us really enjoy the trip. She has very good knowledge of the area, the history, and the customs of the people there. She has gone out of her way so that she could visit all the places, since I have to get around with a wheelchair. She has always anticipated any circumstance.

They even arranged a complimentary anniversary dinner and cake. Thumbs up to tour guides, especially Monica, a sweet and honest lady who added a fun touch to our trip with her frank and outgoing character. Meeting Daisy was fortunate – she was attentive, knowledgeable, and caring, adapting quickly to unforeseen weather changes to ensure a regret-free experience. We feel blessed to have had these two guides, addressing our queries and even preparing and providing snacks for us during trips.

An excellent visit to Kunming. The stone forest was spectacular, though there were a lot of steps and even with my hiking poles I has to give up on some areas. The city itself is vibrant and really interesting. Many thanks to my brilliant guide, Sophie, who understood my limitations and adapted the itinerary accordingly.
