The tour guide Kris for each city we visited were wonderful. Overall, my experience with China Highlight exceeded my expectations.

Our guide Roy told us many interesting detailes of the ancient life of citizens of Shanghai. He walked with us in modern and old streets and introduced us to every corner of chinese history of this city. Our guide Roy answered all of numerious questions in details, he showed us everything that the city can offer to tourists. He also introduced us to local cuisines, that were very tasty and teleported us to the past! With the help of our guide Roy we slowly and peacefully immersed ourselfs into ancient and modern city of Shanghai! We thank our driver for smooth ride and our guide for days full of interesting stories!

Our guide, William, was extremely knowledgeable and fun to work with. He made our stay in Shaghai memorable and enjoyable. We were really lucky to have him. Overall our trip with China Highlights was 100 percent success and we highly recommend this agency to fellow travelers.

Helen was our friendly and very efficient guide. She speaks very good English and ensured we were well looked after; she helpfully re-scheduled some visits to ensure we avoided rain!

Kris (with a K) met us at the hotel and we spent a fantastic day visiting Shanghai. Kris spoke excellent english, had a great sense of humour and was quickly able to adjust the plans so we could do fantastic shopping, a great lunch in the French Quarter and a leisurely stroll around the art district. Shanghai Li Qi knew all the buildings on the Bund ,history in the Yuyuan garden and helped navigate many places in the short stay I was there reflection.

She took phone calls from Our sister to adjust our schedule which we greatly appreciated. Our driver demonstrated safety and timeliness and vehicle was very comfortable to ride in.

Amazing city. Kris was an enthusiastic, friendly and informative guide, showing us all the top sights and giving great tips for where to eat and what to do in our spare time. He also helped us with a last minute issue at the airport. I would highly recommend his services.

Kris, our tour guide, was fantastic. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely accommodating to all our needs. I would definitely recommend visiting Shanghai and using China Highlights.

All the Gardens were beautiful and our guide Roy was amazing. We are interested in bonsai and he showed us the penjing collection in Shanghai Botanical you gardens. He customized our two day tour to see the four ancient gardens of Shanghai in addition to Yu yuan. Guyi Garden, Quixiapu, Qu Shui, and Zubai Chi garden (Pond for Li Bai) are all worth a visit. Roy was very knowledgeable about these gardens and also helped us find bonsai supplies we were looking for.

Chris, our tour guide was excellent, he made sure all our needs were met , and ensured our trip was enjoyable. Truly feeling grateful for his attentiveness, enjoyed the trip thoroughly.

We enjoyed our trip en Beijing, Xian, Chengdu, and Shanghai. Good food and transportation. Guides, Henry and Roger were good in Beijing and Xian. Roy was excellent in Shanghai. But Guide, David in Chengdu needs some improvement in information and communication.

Our guide Winni took us to the main sights and was always helpful and caring. Unfortunately we had some health issues and Winni was by our side solving all problems we could come across.

The weather wasn't great but our guide William made sure we had a good time and we got to see all the good things Shanghai has to offer. ShangHai is a beautiful city and a must visit when visiting China. Also the location the hotel was brilliant!

Kenny was fantastic—friendly, knowledgeable, respectful, and always punctual. She was very attentive to our needs, and when an unexpected issue arose (our flight was canceled, and we had to stay an extra day), she quickly came up with a solution and seamlessly adapted to the new situation.Nevertheless, we had a wonderful experience and thoroughly enjoyed our time in Shanghai, thanks to the expertise and outstanding service provided by Kenny.

Our guide Kris Lee was wonderful whose enthusiasm is lovely and joyful. He has excellent English and made us feel really welcome at all times. We also loved his chosen restaurants and recommendations for our choices.

We had a interesting mix of activities while spending two and half days in Shanghai with China Highlights and their guide Robin.Robin was a fun and knowledgeable guide to be with. We like her relaxed and yet careful style. We felt very welcomed, informed and comfortable.

William, my guide was exceptional on my trip! When the weather was raining, he rearranged our tour so that I could go up the Shanghai tower on a day with sunny weather! I learned so much from him about Shanghai and also about the Chinese culture!! The bridges and architecture were beautiful, and Willam recommended a delicious restaurant where we could also watch the gondolas go by! He also help take some wonderful pictures for me! And I found some lovely souvenirs!

Troy is an excellent tour Guide. We really enjoyed the tour with him. He is full of the knowledge about history and culture. Highly recommend this trip to Shanghai.

Our guide Clair walked us through the evolution of China, weaving stories from her personal life with those of others to give us a better understanding of modern China.

The sites were amazing and our guide, Kris along with our driver, Mr. Zhao did a fabulous job taking our interests into account and delivering an exceptional tour. Kris's English is exceptional which made it easy for him to deliver lots of detailed information about the sites and his life in Shanghai to us. He has such a passion for his career and his clients. On a side note, Shanghai has the best food and Kris made excellent choices of restaurants and foods for us to try.

William was our guide for 2 days in Shanghai and he was excellent! He took us straight to The Bund on arrival so we could see the magnificent lights! He gave us a great tour of Shanghai Tower, Yuyuan Garden, Old Shanghai and the French Quarter. He also gave us great tips about what to do in our free time like the ferry and cable car.
