We were in Beijing for 7 days and went to the Great Wall, Gubei Watertown, Forbidden City, Summer Palace, Lama Temple, Beihai Park, Confucius Temple, Ming and Qing Tombs. Also went to watch the Acrobatic Show and the Golden Mask Show. The views are fantastic and the shows are amazing. Our tour guide, Colin, from China Highlights was awesome. He planned our itinerary flawlessly and took us to restaurants that served great authentic local food. Colin is very caring of my elderly mother and provided superb service. Thank you, Colin, for making my trip memorable.

Extremely delighted with my Beijing tours. I was so fortunate to get Mark as my guide. and Hang to patiently drive us everywhere.Mark is extremely knowledgeable. witty and caring. Hang is sweet and mindful of my age. I am also grateful to Leaky of China highlights for planning an incredible itinerary for me.

We had a day trip to visit the Great Wall and Forbidden City. Our guide Jiang organised all our transportation, ticketing and food needs, such that we did not have to worry about a thing. Jiang also spoke fluent English and was passionate about sharing the history behind the Great Wall and Forbidden City which we explored for 3 hours each on foot.

Desde un inicio la hospitalidad de Alejandria nos hizo sentir como en casa, no es un dato menor si tenemos en cuenta las mas de treinta horas de viaje en avión que tuvimos. Su soporte a través de los diferentes lugares que visitamos fue excelente al igual que su conocimiento y sugerencias a lo largo de los días que visitamos la ciudad. 100% recomendable.

This trip was amazing thanks to our excellent guide Jenny. She was very knowledgeable and led a great tour of the Terracotta soldiers and the Xi’an city walls. She was also very passionate and fun to be with. Our driver was also very professional and the vehicle was nice.

Wonderful trip and Olivia our guide was excellent and very helpful. She was professional, punctual and very knowledgeable.

My wife and I enjoyed our one day trip to Hangzhou. Our guide Derek took good care of us showing us the sights of Hangzhou.We also enjoyed the great food of Hangzhou. Derek brought us to Wai Po Jia for lunch where we had long jing xia ren. He also recommended the Hangzhou Jui Jia restaurant for dinner. We ordered the famous Beggar’s chicken and dong po rou. Both dishes are a must have when in Hangzhou.

My trip in Beijing was seamless from strat to finish. My tour Guide Tina is amazing! She’s informative, patient,and has a positive vibe in her that makes your day happy. She’s very accommodating to my requests and also make some very good suggestions on the best things to do first. She is very organized and nothing is too much trouble for her. Tina made my stay in Bejing very memorable. I wanted to dress up like the local Chinese ladies and she was very prompt and knowledgeable on where to go to fulfill my wishes. So I was sightseeing Beijing dressed in Qing Dynasty outfit that made me feel like royalty, even just for the day, but the memory would certainly last a lifetime. Tina, goes above and beyond just to accommodate me and make my stay enjoyable. Thank you China Highlights for choosing Tina to be my Tour Guide. I highly recommend her to anyone who wishes to visit Beijing. It makes a lot of difference to your level of enjoyment and comfort when your Tour Guide is excellent.

Alejandria nos recibió en el aeropuerto y tuvimos tres días de traslados y guías personalizadas por todos los lugares emblemáticos de Beijing y otros no convencionales muy interesantes. Sacamos miles de fotos, probamos deliciosa comida, y nos quedamos con ganas de volver por más.

What an amazing experience. Jiang our guide blew us away with his passion for and knowledge of his country. He made our Beijing visit a memorable experience. He ensured that our daily activities were personalised and seamless. He was very pro-active and flexible, and applied a personal touch, often sharing personal stories and finer details.

In Beijing for 3 days. Laura is our private tour guide. She is amazing and very detailed oriented. She is also knowledgeable and always able to answers all our questions. Everything is taken care of by her from the moment we step into Beijing. Totally worry free. This is a amazing trip . She had also arranged a surprise for us once we know we came to China for our honeymoon, she arranged my wife to have traditional costume fitted so that we can have a memorable time at summer palace and greatwall. The pictures turned out amazing, and she helped us take so many great shots. At the end of the trip, she even surprised us with a small token gift, which was unexpected and very touching and sweet. Thank you for your warmth and sincerity, it's clear that she loves her job. Highly recommended to book with China Highlights. The entire process was great, and the staff is very responsive, very warm, very kind and helpful.

great time in Beijing ! Our guide Ethan was amazing . Our flight arrived late at night and as soon as we got our bags we saw his smiling face . He always had great ideas of places to go and extra things to do at night. He even organized a celibration for our wedding aniversary on the great wall of China, imagine coming to the top of the wall and finding flowers,wine & and a banner saying ``Happy Aniversary`` truely a once in a lifetime event . thank you Ethan & China highlights

I had an incredible experience touring the Forbidden City and the Great Wall with Linda as my guide. She was not only extremely knowledgeable about the history and details of each site but also made the entire experience feel personal and engaging. I warmly recommend my guide Jason. He was prompt, friendly, enthusiastic and well organised and quick to suggest additional activities when we had time. Jason also made sure I got on the correct train to my next destination and even made sure I found my seat ok! It was a really good few days.

He took me to the Great Wall of China, Tiananmen Square, and the Forbidden City, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience. His insights into the history and culture made the trip even more special. Selinda Zhang was my guide for Beijing, however, just as important on my tour was Guo Wei who was our driver. He was a local who knew where everything was and how to get there without using directions from an app. He was able to drive to places that were so narrow that I was surprised the car was able to get through. Both worked together to make my visit different and special from previous tours. Selinda arranged the schedule so that we would best utilize the places that we needed to visit. We would try and see or do something along the way to or from an attraction including taking breaks for lunch. This saved us enough time that I was able to squeeze in another dance performance that was not scheduled. Similarly, she found out the day before that a scheduled attraction was closed and that we would need to do something else. This saved us from wasting time traveling there. Selinda was always early waiting at the hotel lobby in picking me up. She told me about the places we were visiting and took care of me when I had to go up and down stairs. She also knew where the restrooms were when I need to used them. When we had extra time she offered suggestions of places were could go visit. Almost all of the places that we visited were new to me such as Olympic Park, the Bird Nest, Old Summer Palace and Mao’s Memorial Hall. But we also were able to do drive bys and short photo stops at places we were not able to visit such as Peking University, Tsinghua University and CCTV Building. They were also able to locate a school that I was interested in seeing.

We had a great time with our guide Jiang, who accompanied us on our first day in China to visit the Great Wall. He was attentive and kind, and helped us understand the history of this extraordinary site. Recommended!

Nous avons passés deux jours avec mon amie à Pékin pour visiter la murailles de Chine ainsi que la ville qui regorge d’histoire. Notre guide LUCIEN JIN a été merveilleux, il nous a donné toutes les informations culturelles en fran?ais sur son si beau pays et sur les lieux que nous avons visités. Le chauffeur était également super, ponctuel et très bon conducteur. Merci à toute l’agence et à Lucien encore une fois pour nous avoir fait passer de superbes moments en toutes sécurité et sérénité.

We had 2 great days with Jiang (guide) and our driver Mr Qi. Pick up at our cruise ship at 08 am was well in time and we drove to Forbidden City first . On the way we had a nice lunch and my vegetarian request was no problem. Also our Rikscha tour on the bike was a nice experience. The next morning we started early to the Great Wall. Perfect timing with less poeple on top. We enjoyed the time very much and recommended a private tour !

I found myself with a free morning between work in Beijing and decided to reach out to China Highlights once more for a guided tour of the Forbidden City. I was lucky to have Selinda as a guide, giving me insights into the life inside the Forbidden City and also making sure that I was able to reach my next appointment in time. En cada ciudad y pueblo nos esperaban nuestros guías , traslados super cómodos en vehículos amplios, comida en restaurantes locales, nada de visitas a tiendas o fábricas que te obligan a comprar , ellos se encargaron de reserva de trenes, vuelos internos . Hemos aprovechado al máximo nuestros 20 días en China . Gracias a Juana nuestra asesora , y a nuestros diferentes guías Alejandría en Beijing, Jonathan en Pingyao, Alonso en Guilin, Yangshuo y arrozales de Longi , Mia en Fenghuang y Zhangjiajie, Lion en Xian . Tom from China Highlights was so helpful,knowledge and obliging. One party needed to visit the hospital and Tom stayed with us all evening and we couldn't have navigated our way through the hospital without him. Over and beyond the call of duty and all done with a smile and patience.. we saw so much .. Great Wall..amazing.. Summer Palace ,Forbidden City, Hutans, Temple of Heaven and a really special trip to Mao's mausoleum.. Driver was great too ...really 10 out of 10 to Tom

Our trip to Beijing would not have been the same without Armando as our guide! He was absolutely amazing in every way. His Spanish was excellent, making communication smooth and easy. Armando was always punctual, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience. His explanations were insightful and engaging, bringing the history and culture of Beijing to life. He even helped us take photos, making sure we captured every special moment. we experienced awesome three--day Beijing tour with Colin. He was very knowledgeable about the history of the sites and also added witty humor to keep us entertained as we saw the Tiananmena Suare, the Forbidden City, the Great Wall, the Summer Palace and other sites.
