The experience with Tom was good. Very good choice of venues and restaurants and a lot of good experiences in a short timespan.

We had a great experience with the Great Wall and Forbidden City tour. Our guide, Kevin - was very patient and knowledgeable. The Great Wall was an amazing sight, we were able to walk for about 30 minutes on this tourist-oriented section of the Wall; we were fortunate that the weather was misty and rainy- most days during the summer are very hot and humid. After a lunch nearby, we went on a tour of the Forbidden City; The former palace is a huge area full of history. I highly recommend this tour.

We booked a hike through China Highlights, where we hiked an unrestored part of the Great Wall. Our tour guide, Oliver, was very nice and shared a lot of history along the way. The hike was about four hours long and took us through various terrain. It was very beautiful.

We arrived in Xi’an in the evening, checked in, and went straight to see the Big Wild Goose Pagoda — beautiful lit up at night — and finished the day with amazing biangbiang noodles for dinner. Day 1: The Terracotta Warriors were the highlight — so impressive and very well organized, even with tens of thousands of other visitors! In the evening we did some relaxed shopping in the city (the girls even got their nails done) and enjoyed the local vibe. Day 2: We started with a tasty dumpling course, then explored the Muslim Quarter and the peaceful Great Mosque, with time for street food and souvenirs. In the afternoon we took the train to Chengdu — everything went smoothly. Perfect transfers, delicious food, so much history and culture — and a good, smooth driver and perfect guide, the twin Lins, made it all easy and fun. Xi’an is absolutely worth it — highly recommend!

Abbiamo avuto il piacere di essere accompagnati da Helen come guida durante la nostra visita a Chengdu e non possiamo che consigliarla vivamente. è stata precisa, puntuale e molto organizzata. Ha mostrato una grande empatia, soprattutto nei confronti delle bambine, spiegando tutto in modo chiaro e coinvolgente. Ha usato anche delle immagini per facilitare la comprensione, rendendo immediato ciò che raccontava, nonostante la necessità di tradurre dall’inglese all’italiano. Inoltre, Helen si è presa cura con grande attenzione dell’organizzazione del compleanno di Daniele, proprio come avevamo richiesto. Si è assicurata che tutto fosse pronto: i tipici noodles per il compleanno al ristorante, la musica, i palloncini, la consegna della torta in hotel. Come se non bastasse, ha voluto fare anche un pensiero personale per rendere questa giornata ancora più speciale. La ringraziamo di cuore per la sua disponibilità, professionalità e gentilezza.

Il secondo giorno è stato altrettanto magico: lo abbiamo dedicato prima di tutto a un incontro emozionante alla Dujiangyan Panda Base, la nuova base di allevamento del Panda Gigante. Vedere da vicino questi animali iconici è stata un’esperienza commovente e indimenticabile per grandi e piccoli: osservare i cuccioli giocare tra loro, seguire le spiegazioni attente della nostra guida Helen, scoprire i progetti di conservazione e di tutela ci ha permesso di capire quanto impegno ci sia dietro la protezione di questi meravigliosi simboli della Cina. Una menzione speciale va proprio a Helen, la nostra guida a Chengdu: con i suoi modi gentili è riuscita a catturare l’attenzione di tutta la famiglia, dai più piccoli ai più grandi. Ha saputo raccontarci curiosità, storie e dettagli con passione e competenza, adattando ogni momento alle nostre esigenze con una disponibilità rara. La sua presenza discreta ma attenta ha reso ogni visita più interessante e piacevole: è stato davvero un piacere averla al nostro fianco in questi giorni a Chengdu. Chengdu ci ha insegnato a rallentare, a osservare, a lasciarci sorprendere dalla dolcezza della vita quotidiana e dalla natura. Wells accompanied us for 3 days between Chengdu, Leshan and one of the Panda visit centers ... he was an excellent guide, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

Had a two-day tour with Lily’s guidance. The experience was amazing thanks to her efforts. First day was tightly packed with events and different sights and on a second day it started raining heavily beyond imaginable. We didn’t have a single dry piece of clothing, checked out from our hotel and had little time until our flight. Even then we ended up fine with our guide’s assistance. We are thankful for the professional work and devotion.

Conocer los pandas fue maravilloso ya que ella fue muy lista al darnos el tour de manera inversa, empezamos por el final para que hubiera menos personas. A demás nos llevó a comer comida mexicana ya que extra?ábamos la comida de nuestro país y ella nos encontró un restaurante delicioso.

Our trip to Guilin and Yangshuo was guided by Henry, a very knowledgeable and helpful local guide. We visited in scorching heat and we had to make some adjustments to the program in order to be able to cope with the heat. Henry was very flexible and resourceful. For instance, he took as to learn and play mahjong in the afternoon, an activity which was lots of fun, and even offered us as a gift a small mahjong set for travel, which we highly appreciated. We also changed the visit to a water cave with a trip to Ruyi Peak, which was fitting our group better. The water cave exploration can be quite tricky as we understand and we have in our group a person over 60, therefore it did not seem appropriate. Instead, we agreed with Henry to visit Ruyi Peak, which offers spectaculor views over the karst scenery. We visited Da'xu ancient town and Red Flute cave in the first day, which was not so exciting, but the Li river cruise and visiting Yangshuo is really worthwhile. Henry also arranged for us to see the Impressions by SanjuLiu show, which we highly recommend.

Wir wurdem am Bahnhof von Ling abgeholt und bis wir am Hotel ankamen, hatte Sie bereits Medikamente für den Husten meines Mannes und meine Magenverstimmung besorgt. Das Highlight in Guilin, war für uns die Schiffahrt auf dem Lin-Fluss, mystisch und atemberaubend. Die Reissterrassen erstreckten sich endlos. Unser Hotel hatte einen wundersch?nen Blick auf den Fluss und die dahinterliegende Karstlandschaft. Wir k?nnen die private Reiseleitung (Ling und Chauffeur) sowie Chinahighlights w?rmstens empfehlen. Alles hat wunderbar geklappt.

We had the best time in Guilin and Yangshuo with Michelle as our guide. The Li River cruise is not to be missed— truly stunning! We loved the quiet beauty of Yangshuo. My kids loved the Reed Flute Cave, and my husband, and I loved the bike ride along the river in Yangshuo. A cable car ride up the mountain and glass bridge was pretty amazing as well! Loved every moment! Michelle was so accommodating and kind and really did a great job with our four children! I highly recommend Michelle and China Highlights! They made our trip amazing and so easy!

Alice est un guide très expérimenté qui parle parfaitement le fran?ais et ma?trise avec minutie son programme. Elle était très à l’écoute et toujours prête à nous faire découvrir les spécialités de la culture régionale. Notre chauffeur également était très gentil et toujours ponctuel, sa voiture très propre pouvait accueillir jusqu’à 5/6 personnes.

I would highly recommend Henry. He explained the history and gave us “pop quizzes” to keep us interested. Henry’s English was impeccable as my family learned about Guilin and had a wonderful time on a tea plantation, going to Yanshou and watching a show, taking the Li River Boat ride created lifelong memories.

We joined 6 day trip (Lhasa and Shigatse) with China Highlights/Tibet Vista. We have learned a lot about Tibet's history, culture, beliefs and lifestyle. The trip was running smoothly and relaxing. It was very well organized. People always respected of time. The chosen hotels were amazing - good locations, nice views, clean, spacious and nice breakfast. Our guide was Jenny. She was very friendly, helpful and always smiling. She was very knowledgeable like a history professor. We left the group earlier than the rest as our trip was 6 days, while others went further to Everest Base Camp. So another guide (not our original guide, Jenny) would travel back to Lhasa with us and the other person would drive us to the airport. The coordination between guides and drivers were seamless. We were always informed of next steps. We didn't feel left out or abandoned. All guides and drivers were punctual, nice, friendly and professional. Despite of language barrier, all of them were very patient and helpful. All of these not included other tour members who were very nice and easy going.

Had a wonderful week with the set tour with our guide Lobsang. The bus rides can be long and people should expect some discomfort from the altitude

We visited Lhasa for our wedding anniversary. Grace was an excellent guide—kind, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about her work. She gracefully guided us through the temples and shared valuable insights on Tibetan Buddhism. We thoroughly enjoyed her company.

Our visit to Lhasa was incredible ... not to be missed. Our local guide, Pem, was not only very knowledgeable about each of the sites we visited, he was also very passionate about his culture and his religion. We learned so much from Pem in just a few short days. Thanks. Another local guide, Grace, was also very pleasant and great at personalizing the area. Both guides chose fantastic local restaurants for lunch, suitable for relaxing with some conversation. Our hotel had oxygen machines and cannisters in the room to aid with altitude issues.

We just had a two day tour from may 28th in Suzhou with our guide Brenda. She is very experienced and knowledgeable about the city and its history. She was always available for questions and tips online even at night. We loved how she presented the history in a comprehensive way that did not overwhelm us but rather contributed to the landscape. She was very flexible in adjusting the schedule to our needs. She picked authentic delicious restaurants for lunch just as we requested. It was an amazing experience, and we would recommend her as a guide at any time.

My partner and I spent two and a half days in Suzhou last week, with an itinerary arranged by China Highlights. The area in and around the city was a high spot of our 2-week tour in the region around Shanghai. Fabulous museums, ancient canals and historic gardens. Our Suzhou guide Brenda was topnotch; extremely knowledgeable about both old and new China and a lovely person to spend time with too. We preferred Suzhou to Hangzhou, I must say.

We had a fun 6 days private tour to Wuxi, Yixing, Suzhou and Xitang where MI 3 was filmed. Our tour guide Brenda is very knowledgeable about Chinese history, rearranged our schedule to avoid holiday crowds, took us to local restaurant where we got to try delicious authentic local specialties, and gave us great recommendations we requested outside our tour like restaurants in Shanghai and spa for massage. And she took many pictures for us :) Highly recommend.

Brenda showed us around Suzhou for 2 days and we had a great time! She is a proper local with lots of knowledge about the history of Suzhou, we learnt about plenty throughout the two days. Her english was excellent, and I would recommend to anyone who needs a friendly, knowledgeable guide to Suzhou. Thanks again Brenda

Molly was an awesome guide in Shanghai! She recognized my daughter’s love of cos play and actively photographed her, took us to a manga/anime mall and helped us buy tickets to Chinese Conic-con! We were introduced to the magic of Shanghai from the highest tower to the relaxing Long Bar on the Bund.

Our family had a great time with Qi in Shanghai. Even though, we only had one day with her before we embarked on the next part of our trip in China, she made quite the impact. She is enthusiastic, cosmopolitan, and shows a genuine interest in her guests. She saw that our hotel was right near some great street food and added a stop here so that we could experienced some delicious food. My kids loved this and she was their favorite guide of our whole trip. Wish we spent more time in Shanghai with a guide - definitely next time! :)

I had the absolute pleasure of exploring Shanghai with Winni as my guide, and I can honestly say she made the experience unforgettable. She has such a deep understanding of the city — not just its rich history and traditions, but also how it has transformed into the vibrant, modern place it is today. What really stood out to me is how well she knows the city. As a local, she took me to hidden spots that I never would’ve found on my own — places that really capture the spirit of Shanghai. And she explained the best ways to get around, which made everything so much easier and more enjoyable. Her knowledge of the city’s architecture, art, and cultural landmarks is amazing. She explained everything with so much clarity and passion, always taking her time and never rushing. I felt completely comfortable asking any question, no matter how big or small — and she always answered with patience and insight. Winni’s attitude made the whole experience even better. She was kind, upbeat, and always smiling, which made me feel at ease and genuinely excited to learn more. It felt more like exploring the city with a knowledgeable friend than being on a tour. And for anyone who loves shopping — Winni knows all the best places to find high-quality items at great prices. Thanks to her, I came home with some real treasures! I can’t recommend Winni enough. She made my visit to Shanghai something truly special, and I’m so grateful for her guidance and warmth.

The highlight of our trip to Xi'an was our guide, Lvyongping (Mark). We cannot express enough how much we appreciated all of Mark's assistance. Saying goodbye to him felt like leaving behind family. We genuinely felt cared for, and Mark went above and beyond to ensure our safety and happiness. If you have Mark as your guide, you are in the best hands! We love and are incredibly grateful to Mark! We encourage everyone to visit Xi'an; it is a must-see destination. You won't regret it!

We just finished a 3-day Zhangjiajie tour with China Highlights and our excellent guide, Eileen. Overnight, half of our family got sick, but Eileen was flexible and adjusted the plans perfectly. On day one, 3 out of 5 of us still enjoyed the Avatar Mountains. The next day, 2 went back to the Avatar area while the others explored Golden Whip Stream — and we all did the Glass Bridge together, which was lots of fun. On our last day, we visited Tianmen Mountain and the Gate to Heaven. Despite the crowds, we barely had to wait, which we really appreciated. The Zhangjiajie underground market at the end was an unexpected highlight. Thank you, Eileen and China Highlights, for making this trip smooth and really memorable for our family.

Our trip to China revealed fairytale-like landscapes, thanks also to the kindness and availability of Wendi, who guided us from Fenghuang to Zhangjiajie. Even though the weather wasn’t always on our side, Wendi made sure we fully appreciated these enchanting places.Thank you, Wendi, for making this part of our journey so special!

We loved all the sites we visited! From Tianmen Mountain to Avatar Mountain and everything else, the views were spectacular at every turn. Our experience was so much better because of the personalized care we got from our guide, Alan. He went out of his way every time to make sure things were smooth for us. He took care of getting us our tickets and made sure we understood where to go and what to do. He translated for us at restaurants checked us in at our hotels. He explained options and made sure we were ok with changes that came up. He even walked us all the way to our seats in the train when it was time to leave. Excellent customer service! We REALLY appreciated the little gift he had for us at the end.

Our family had a nice time here even though the weather di not cooperate. Wendy, our guide, was friendly and thoughtful with our kids. Even though the two main roads had washed away and the elevator was closed due to heavy rains - she found us an alternate way to still enjoy the park. The place is become more touristy but still beautiful.

Bree is knowledgeable and patient. She took plus to all the famous tourist attractions and took lots of photos for us. She anticipated our needs and took really good care of us. She introduced the local Mei Cha tea to us which helped our sore throats. After I inquired about laundry service outside the hotel, she arranged local laundry service which saved us money. She quickly learned our eating habits and broght us to local restaurants which accommodate me our needs. We had a great time touring Zhang Jia Jie with her. I will recommend her to my family and friends.

J'ai passé un merveilleux séjour dans le Yunnan, grace à China Highlights et ses guides chaleureux et très professionnels ! à Kunming, Lulu m'a fait découvrir la sublime forêt de pierres Shilin et découvrir les trésors d'une dégustation de thé Pu'er. Dans les environs de Dali, Alice m'a concocté un délicieux tour des villages où le drama "Meet Yourself" a été tourné. J'en ai été très émue et je suis tombée sous le charme du lac Er Hai qui en est le c?ur ? J'ai également appris beaucoup sur la minorité Bai et l'art du Tie and dye. à Lijiang, c'est Jack qui m'a gentiment fait découvrir la vieille ville et les villages d'autres minorités locales. Il m'a aussi accompagnée dans la somptueuse Blue Moon Valley et ses lacs d'eau bleu turquoise, où les futurs mariés se précipitent pour faire des photos dans un cadre magnifique !

Our tour guide cum driver for Kunming, is Jack Lee. He took good care of us, especially when there is any descending or ascending hike during the trip. He gave excellent suggestion for dinner and even show us the authentic way to eat the food. We had a fantastic 6 days in Dali area. Our guide, 王立婷, is from the Bai ethnic group. She is very knowledgeable in the custom and history of Yunnan as well as the different Ethnic group of the area. We learn a lot of interesting things from her. If I were to go to Dali again, I will definitely look for her. The last stretch of our trip, is 3 days in Lijiang with our guide , 和绍春. He is from the Naxi Ethnic group. He shared with us his knowledge of his people and also how to handle high altitiude. Luckily for us, we had him to look out for us as some of us were unwell during and after the ascent of Yulong snow mountain. Last but not least, our driver, 卞师傅，spent 9 days with us and is a safe driver and a friendly person.

Thanks to Camillia Jiang from China Highlights who created our itinerary we had a wonderful holiday in Lijiang and Kunming. Our guides in Lijiang Alice and Lulu in kunming were wonderful in taking care of our needs from the word go and made our holidays so much better.

Our group of 8 had an amazing time in Yunnan with China Highlights!We’re on 9D8N tour in Shangrila, Lijiang, Dali and Kunming. Special thanks to Liberman (key coordinator) for his patience in meeting our many requests and changes, I’m really impressed with his good English competency, prompt responses and follow-up. We were blessed with great weather, sunshine when we visit Pudacuo and Songzhanlin, Hotel Indigo is an excellent choice for hotel stay in Shangrila. We were able to ascend Jade Dragon Snow Mountain in Lijiang too, it was snowing slightly and the mountain was covered by thick white snow, making our experience a very special one. Thumbs up to Lijiang guide Jack, he’s one of the few guides who would hike up the mountain side by side with guests. Our special thanks goes to our guides - James (Shangrila), Jack (Lijiang), Alice (Dali), Lydia and May (Kunming). They have worked very hard to ensure our Yunnan experience is an amazing one with beautiful scenery, delicious food, great shopping! I will definitely travel with China Highlights again andwill highly recommend them to my friends.

We visited Dali during the high season and were initially overwhelmed by the crowds everywhere. Fortunately, Daisy was there to guide us. Sensing our discomfort, she quickly adapted the itinerary and helped us discover some quieter, more peaceful places away from the tourist rush. Her calm, easygoing personality really helped us relax and enjoy the experience. Thanks to her efforts, we are now sipping afternoon tea by the lake, with a beautiful view of the Himalayan mountains, a gentle breeze, and a peaceful atmosphere in the shade—just what we needed. We truly appreciate Daisy’s dedication to making us feel good and comfortable throughout the trip. She went above and beyond, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone visiting Dali.

5 star goes to Jessica Yang. Very punctual, responsible, accomodating, approachable, friendly and knowledgeable. If you visit DALI and would like an overview and or an express tour to see the highlights, try to ask for Jessica Yang and your trip will be AMAZING. We enjoyed ourselves thoroughly and will visit DALI again.

China Highlights did a great job in arranging everything seamlessly for us. We just sat back and relaxed. Our guide Alice was outstanding. Very knowledgeable, accommodating and gave us good tips for things to do etc. Having an English speaking guide made a big difference as our mandarin is pretty broken.

China Highlights organised 11 days trip to China-Yunan was amazing. Our trip to Dali with Daisy was excellent. She is knowledgeable and helps us took lots of photo.

We had a great experience with China Highlights in Yunnan. The itinerary was well executed with good tour guides. I'd like to commend Lulu in particular, our tour guide in Kunming. She handled our family of 9 quite well and was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Our time in Yunnan and Kunming was too short. We had a knowledgeable guide from China Highlights named Lulu. For English speakers Lulu majored in English. Our driver Mr. Han had very nice vehicle for us and like all the drivers with China Highlights his driving was fantastic. Lulu was patient for we were a bit stiff from 5 days of intense hiking prior to arriving at Kunming. The hotel: Cachet Boutique Hotel was perfect. The buffet breakfast was appropriate for Western and Eastern visitors. And the hotel restaurant/Biergarten had tasty German food options. The area around our hotel was easy to navigate and we were located within walking distance of the Golden Horse and Jade Rooster Archway. The highlight of our trip to Yunnan province was the Ancient Stone Forest. It was peaceful, and I love how they name many stone structures. It is a manageable walk / hike for all ages in my opinion. For birdwatchers they have boards listing local birds. After the Forest we stopped at a point and eat restaurant-Fabulous. My husband was a happy man with his duck meal. Kunming parks and people very friendly. Lulu's friend has a wonderful tea distribution shop- wish we had room in our suitcases to load up on some of the wonderful teas she showed us. The tea shop owner was very informative. Lulu's friend studied tea production, distribution, and everything tea at University. I highly doubt we have a tea degree in the US. Due to colder temperatures the Jacaranda trees were just beginning to bloom the day before we left the area. Lulu was determined to find me some blooming jacaranda-and luckily she tracked down a few locations.

Amazing experiences in Yunnan & Gaungix province with China Highlights. Memories for a lifetime!Our family group of 11 felt much joy, guidance, and knowledge from our local expert guides. China Highlights had arranged everything very perfect and I travelled by train , airline and car. Especially the guide Luna had done everything that I had a smooth travel,the car allways picked up in time, we visited all booked places, tours etc. I will probably book again with China Highlights the next trip to Yunnan, Sichuan or Tibet and hope that guide like Luna will make the travel so easy

The guides were all very good - professional, good local knowledge and language skills, and were all passionate about their work and seemed genuinely happy to be able to share details of their cities and cultures with us - special mention to Luna in Kunming, Jessica in Dali, Jack in Lijiang and Peter in tiger leaping gorge/Shangri-La - thanks to all of them for making our trip a great one!

We had an outstanding experience for our stay in Huangshan and in particular with our tour guide Terry. He is a special person and has clear a passion to share his experience and love for the Yellow Mountains. He has a deep knowledge of the place and he was able to manage our two days stay on the mountains accordingly to my wife needs and my photography needs. Terry was always available for help and suggestions. Can’t think anything that could be better. We highly recommend Terry and China Highlights for this experience.

Huangshan was amazing! Highly recommend. The ancient villages, with their unique charm, were a true highlight. Our guide April and driver Zhang were both excellent, making the entire trip seamless and thoroughly enjoyable.

Das Gebiet ist mit seinen bizarren Felsformationen, den Kieferw?ldern und Wolkenformationen, die st?ndig wechselnd zwischen den Felsen wabern wirklich einzigartig und eine Reise wert.Abends sind wir vom Hotel auf einen ?Peak“ geklettert und haben einen sensationellen Sonnenuntergang erlebt. Es gibt in der Gegend mehrere Berghotels-die Versorgung der Hotels wird immer noch durch Tr?ger sichergestellt, die die schweren Lasten auf ihren Schultern nach oben schleppen. Wenn man das einmal gesehen hat ist man dankbar für das gute Essen, dass man im Hotel bekommt. Also: Daumen hoch- das Ziel lohnt sich auf jeden Fall!

Many years ago I asked my dearest Chinese professor in Australia where was the prettiest place to visit in China, he said "Yellow Mountain"...well we made it there in May this year. And to have also met with and had our amazing guide Suki to look after us and share her beautiful Huangshan with us was a treasured memory never to be forgotten. What a stunning experience, not for the faint hearted in regard to climbing, however there are options which Suki found for us as my knee injuries were not up to excessive steps etc so changes were made to accomodate my capacity. Thank you so much Suki for an exquisite stay. Tunxi Ancient Street, overnight on Yellow Mountain, Xidi Village and Hongcun Village, everything was superb. Robyn and Patrick

Bei unser 3 w?chigen China Reise gab es auch einen Stopp in Huangshan. Unser Reiseleiter hat mit mir und meinem Mann das Hongcun Dorf besucht , wo er uns sehr viel zur Geschichte erz?hlte. Wir haben am Nachmittag eine sehr sch?ne Wanderung zum Westsee Grand-Canyon gemacht und konnten die wundersch?ne Landschaft mit wenigen Leuten genie?en. Tony k?nnen wir nur empfehlen, da er durch sein Wissen, seiner Organisation punktet und mit uns vorab alles besprochen wurde. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

2nd time visit Hangzhou. From the high-speed train station, greeted by the tour guide Mr Eleven, transported to the hotel Indigo at around 10pm. Thanks for his arrangement for a fast food delivery through his mobile delivery order, managed to settle the dinner problem. Throughout the Hangzhou tour, he has shown a very care taking tour guide especially if your group has an old, aged person. Well guided and during the departure time, a very clear instructions to clear the train station customs and ticketing process. Well done

This is a wonderful, magical city for a summer holiday. Lakes, boats, bridges, lovely gardens , pagodas , temples, a musical fountain extravaganzas each night for free and the food is incredible. Our guide Susan was top of the class, beautiful use of English, practical efficient all you could wish for plus fun. We were there in the rainy season and it’s best to visit in spring, but we loved it and would have been happy to stay longer. We had one day of biblical rain, umbrellas are a must and local ones also provided protection against UV damage. Our trip to Wuzhen water village was delightful, worth a stay overnight to see the lights, next time for us. China is an incredible country with so much to offer.

Eleven was our tour guide and he was energetic. We had a memorable time at a tea plantation picking tea leaves and sampling teas. We also went to the West Lake area which was filled with tourists and had been recommended that we stay a night near West Lake, but we chose to make it a day trip. We had a great tea learning about tea and one of the ancient capitals.

Another fuss-free and enjoyable trip organised by China Highlights. Shanghai was bustling with life and Hangzhou was steep in history. Our guides Sean (Shanghai) and Susan (Hangzhou) were attentive and knowledgeable. Looking forward to the next!

We spent 3 days in Hangzhou and we couldn't be happier. We visited awesome places like Lingyin Temple, the west lake and the China Silk Museum thanks to the fantastic explanations of our guide Tim (who fortunately speaks English more than fluently) a very knowledgeable and nice guy who made the visits always full of interesting but never boring explanations...I wish I had teachers like that!!!
