This restaurant places a strong emphasis on service. All dishes are served as set meals on separate plates for each person.

The serving sequence is also thoughtfully arranged, progressing from appetizers to main courses and finally desserts, creating a ceremonial dining experience. It can be considered a high-end restaurant.
